Lake Sherwood Parks systems is highlighted by the natural beauty of George H. Schmidt Spirit Park located at the entrance and conveniently situated adjacent to the post office and administration office.  George H. Schmidt Spirit Park has a baseball field and a multi-purpose court that is used for basketball in the summer months and ice skating in the winter.  The park includes a picnic pavilion, a playground and is surrounded by a quarter mile walking track.

 

 

 

 

Robin Hood Park is located to the south side of the dam containing Lake Robin Hood and includes courtesy docks.

 

 

Sugar Hollow Park is located to the south side of the dam containing Lake Sugar Hollow.

 

 

 

Rocky Point Park is located on the most western cove of Lake Sherwood and includes a courtesy dock and a picnic table.

 

 

 

 

Spillway Park is located on the north end of the large dam and includes a boat ramp, picnic tables and a courtesy dock.

 

 

Gabion Park is located at the south end of the large dam and includes a courtesy dock.

 

 

Island Park is located just across the large dam on Lake Sherwood and features a courtesy dock and designated swim area.

 

 

South Shore Park is located at the southwest side of Lake Sherwood adjacent to Lake Sherwood Drive.

 

 

Marina Park is located adjacent to the boat ramp at the marina and includes picnic tables and a barbeque pit.

 

 

Lake Alan Park is located just inside the entrance along the west side of South Lake Sherwood Drive.

 

 

 

 

Tennis Court Park is lacted within walking distance from clubhouse and includes two tennis courts and park benches with a majestic view of Lake Sherwood.

 

 

 

 

Sherwood Park is a fully wooded natural park located on the east end of the marina along Heather Drive.

 

 

Prince John Park is located on the northwest side of Lake Robin Hood on Prince John Court.

 

 

Longbow Park is located at the southwest side of Lake Sugar Hollow along North lake Sherwood Drive.
